About ME
“It’s my life’s purpose to do this kind of work, and I never expected to be on MAFS and have the opportunity to share even more of my purpose! I am eternally grateful and dedicated to spending my time to help inspire others and encourage their growth and self-love.
So, the sharing I’ll be doing on my personal brand platforms, is from me – sharing my personal experiences and helping others navigate theirs. It isn’t pretty all the time. I am far from perfect, as we all are, but we can still honour, love, and have compassion for ourselves and others.”

Quick start guide
6-steps to self love success:
Your roadmap
Here are 6 things you can do to feel more self love right now.
Each of these practices can help you feel more grounded, appreciated, and connected with yourself. Self-love is all about showing up for yourself in meaningful, small ways.
01.
Practice Daily Affirmations
Take a moment to look in the mirror and say a few positive affirmations to yourself. Try phrases like “I am worthy,” “I am enough,” or “I trust myself.” Speaking kind words to yourself helps to reframe negative thoughts and build confidence.
02.
Set a Mini Goal and Accomplish It
Pick something small that you’ve been meaning to do – maybe it’s organizing a drawer, reading a chapter of a book, or going for a walk. Completing a task, however small, gives you a sense of achievement and reinforces your trust in yourself.
03.
Move Your Body in a Way You Enjoy
Movement can be a powerful form of self-love. Whether it’s stretching, dancing, going for a walk, or doing a quick workout, moving your body helps release stress and boosts endorphins, which enhance your mood.
04.
Treat Yourself as You Would a Friend
If a friend was feeling down or uncertain, you’d likely encourage them with compassion and care. Try speaking to yourself with that same kindness and empathy. Ask yourself what you need and be gentle with your thoughts.
05.
Create a “Gratitude for Me” List
Write down a list of things you appreciate about yourself. Think about qualities you admire or moments when you felt proud. This can help shift your focus onto your strengths and remind you of what makes you unique and valuable.
06.
Unplug and Have a “Me-Time” Break
Take a break from screens and allow yourself some uninterrupted, quality time with yourself. It could be journaling, taking a bath, or simply sitting in silence. This quiet time allows you to reconnect with your thoughts and nurture self-reflection.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
Becoming knowledgeable about psychology empowers you to set and maintain boundaries, fostering positive change for yourself and everyone around you. With understanding comes strength, and with strength, the ability to shape a life of respect, growth, and genuine connection. So sign up as I release a free course on the top toxic personality traits and how to navigate them, as well as courses to build your self-esteem and fill up your self-love cup.
